What does 'Fully Managed' include?

When we say our service is fully managed, that means that our staff handles the writing, editing, and distribution of your press release. And we do it all on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule, depending on your preference.

All we ask of you is about 15 minutes of your time to talk with our PR strategist about topics and angles for your releases. We'll take the idea and run with it, then send it over to you for final approval before we distribute it to the media masses.

How much does your service cost?

Our pricing is $649 per month and includes a quarterly strategy session, monthly press release writing, distribution, wire fees, account management and more! See our pricing page for details.

What's included with Marketwire Distribution?

Marketwire's Distribution goes to the top newspapers and magazines, leading television and radio outlets, newswires, Web sites, online databases and relevant industry trade publications. Distribution methods include real-time, full-text feeds via the AP satellite network, Internet FTP and content syndicates, as well as personalized email newsletters. Learn More

How often do press releases go out?

You have the option of choosing bi-weekly or monthly press releases with our service. Just tell us your preference and we'll make sure your releases and written, proofed, approved and distributed on schedule.

Who created ConsistentReach?

ConsistentReach was founded by PR Maven and Journalist Jennifer LeClaire and Internet Entrepreneur and Marketing Guru Pedro Sostre. The two media gurus have worked together since 2003 on major global public relations and marketing campaigns for global public companies and Internet start-ups alike, and collaborated on the book "Web Analytics For Dummies."

How long is the minimum engagement period?

Because of our initial time investment in learning about your company and developing story ideas – and because we believe PR success demands consistency – we require that clients remain with our service for a minumum of 6 months. We're convinced that you'll find such great success with our fully managed services that you'll stick around for the long haul.

How do you keep the costs so low?

In a word, relationships. Our founders have been working in several aspects of the media business for a combined total of 30 years. During that time, they’ve built relationships within the media – and with major news wires. They’ve also built a network of skilled writers, editors, PR gurus and others who support ConsistentReach in the quest to help small- to mid-sized businesses get the media attention they crave.

Why shouldn’t I use a "free press release" instead?

Those free press release distributions – and those $99 wires for that matter – won’t bode well for your release or your reputation. Those free and cheap wires won’t put your message in front of editors and reporters (unless maybe you are in a niche all your own). Anyway, those free and cheap wires don’t offer you a PR strategist, a writer, an editor, and an account manager to keep your brand consistently in the media while you focus on your core business.

Why shouldn’t I just use a full-service PR firm?

Feel free, but unless you have a mega-budget you may not get too far out of the gate before your campaign comes to a screeching halt. PR is a long-term play. You don’t try it for three months and hope it works. You need consistent reach into the media. Full-service PR firms are great if you can afford them.

We aren't trying to replace the full-service PR firm. Rather, ConsistentReach bridges the gap between do-it-yourself public relations and full-service agencies.

How do I know I’m getting pick up?

ConsistentReach keeps track of your mentions through an analytics dashboard and good old Google Alerts. We can also serve as your press contact, so you have a professional to intercede between you and the media, setting up interviews and even offering you a few tips along the way.

What if I need extra support?

ConsistentReach won’t leave you hanging. If you need an extra push for a major launch, we’ll make it happen. Our founders operate several small businesses that provide a myriad of services. So you’ve got access to a team of gurus in our new media family.
